Remote desktop freezes a few seconds after sucessfull login

Hello everytone,
I am having trouble getting remote desktop working as expected.
First I tried the RDP protocol because it was already available in gnome. When I first tried to connect, everything worked as expected but I didn’t try anything serious. I could connect. everything seemed ok so I logged out and that was it… Now, that I am trying to work remotely I can loggin but after a few seconds, no more that one minute what ever I am doing freezes and I have to close the connection. The session remains active because If I go to the real PC and I try to login it ask me to force the previous session to logout.
The first thing I thought was that RDP had some issue so I installed Tiger VNC with the exact same result (always freezing before a minute of use - I tried this with a ping inside a terminal) so I came back to RDP.
So I am here for help, I am pretty new to linux and I’m not sure where to look. I know that everything I write is not really helpfull for a diagnosis and we all need some logs so please help me find them.

English is not my primary language so I hope I could explain myself correctly

Regards

Have a look in the journal for user and system do you see errors at the time the session fails?
Do thoses errors help identify what might need changing?
