The software center brings this error up does someone know why.

A search of rsa key 562702E9E3ED7EE8 shows that this is related to the Flathub repo.

So to verify, could you open our always loved terminal, and enter this there?
flatpak update

The solution in the forum was to just remove the repo and add it back. But afaik their command is outdated.
–force will not delete any apps!
flatpak remote-delete --force flathub
flatpak remote-add flathub https://dl.flathub.org/repo/flathub.flatpakrepo
