Hello everyone,
I accidentally toggled the “Slow Keys” in the Accessibility Menu (or key combination, not sure).
That setting disabled the laptop’s physical keyboard and the On Screen virtual keyboard input. I had only trackpad and mouse input working.
Not knowing what happened, I spent an hour on the phone looking to troubleshoot this issue (without having keyboard input in my laptop session).
This happened after a system update, I initially thought that update broke the keyboard input (seeing USB kernel log errors) and that I had to restore from backup.
Luckily, I saw that toggle was on, trying to activate the Screen Keyboard from that accessibility menu. I tuned off, and I had my keyboard input working again.
This is a PSA that might help someone that could be my situation.
Regards!
