I’m worried @gnwiii
I already reinstalled my old laptop as Fedora 42 Kinoite in a SSD SATA and tested journalctl --no-hostname -b -<N> -p 3
in my new laptop and old laptop (HP 340 G1) with next results:
-
In both laptop after use
journalctl --no-hostname -b -<N> -p 3
appears a lot of error and fails -
Only in my old laptop I have problems when booting, my new laptop is usable without visible problems.
-
a new fail appears now in Old laptop with Kinoite 42 that do not appear when upgraded since 37 version (anything with screen lock damaged)
-
here are the files (because Firefox Flatpak do not allow me upload filed with drag and drop)
Doki.txt are the results for my old laptop (HP 340 G1)
Wicho.txt are the results for my new laptop (HP HP Laptop 15-dy500LA - latin american model)
edit:
PD: when I installed first time my Fedora 37 SIlverBlue and Fedora 42 Kinoite the first boot was no problems, the booting problem start after update / upgrade
PD 2: When tried install Windows 11 / 10, my SSD SATA was not reconized by the driver BIOS, and was not possible to install for my old laptop. Look like SSD SATA have not support in my BIOS.
