Paint.NET fails to install under wine

Hello,

as the title says: I’m facing problems while I try to run a program with wine.
I already tried to fix it…but I wasn’t “successful” (basically I checked if GnuPG is installed [it is] because of: https://www.gnupg.org/download/iconv.html)…any way to fix that?

The terminal output is:

I think the OP has wine-mono installed. Its the iconv.dll that is the problem.
Where does that come from?

I tried that. It said nothing to do:

Package wine-mono-8.1.0-1.fc39.noarch is already installed.
Package mingw32-win-iconv-0.0.8-10.fc39.noarch is already installed.
Package mingw64-win-iconv-0.0.8-10.fc39.noarch is already installed.
Dependencies resolved.
Nothing to do.
Complete!

Paint.NET can be installed with custom WINEPATH but it fails to start anyway.
Consider using dual boot, full virtualization, or native alternatives.
