NO network after update

Update Fedora 30 and not network.

Does not work lan card with any kernel.

nmcli connection show

I do not understand:)

start all kernel Fedora, no network
start ubuntu, windows good network
start fedora network work

It works now

(could be update / cache problem or SSD cache problem)
