The Nimbus Sans font that comes preinstalled has wrong vertical position (pardon for my lack of professional typography vocabulary), causing it to not align properly with other UI elements and made it look like it is floating higher than it should. I provided two screenshots for reference, one is with Noto Sans, the other is with Nimbus Sans. This persists across different programs.
