Issue with monospace fonts in Firefox on Fedora Silverblue

I’m seeing Courier/Nimbus monospace fonts on web pages in Firefox when I should be seeing Noto Mono. I don’t like Courier/Nimbus monospace fonts, so this issue is annoying.

Unchecking the “Allow pages to choose their own fonts, instead of your selections above” setting in Firefox does nothing.

I’m using GNOME on Xorg instead of Wayland, but the issue is present on Wayland as well.

I was previously running the Fedora Xfce spin, and I did not have this issue on that. I don’t know if this is caused by the immutability of Silverblue. I’m using the proprietary NVIDIA driver.

Does anyone know of a workaround or solution to this?

Figured it out. Somehow my Firefox was set to use strict protection instead of standard. The fonts probably contribute to fingerprinting so strict mode apparently sets them so that they aren’t unique to the user.
