New Anaconda GUI

As I just finished today’s install of F41 Workstation branched. I decided I should reply to the request for feedback. First, I always do clean installs on hardware. That is erase all prior disk content. Also I always select the default just let anaconda set up the storage. So everything is very straight forward and works great. As it has with rare exception for many years now. The main reason I’m writing this is that I wanted to comment on Anaconda’s new GUI. I like it very much. For people like me that take the easy path. Their are less clicks and I particularly like the new progress indicators. Thanks Anaconda team. I really appreciate what you’ve done.

I generally agree, the UI looks very neat.

One thing: if encryption is used, firefox offers to suggests a strong password and store it. That is very confusing, as firefox is not able to fill in the password the password at boot time. So users used to just do that for website will have to go back to install a second time and this time remember the password. Also, the passwords are very bad for humans to remember, thus I think that even the “suggest a strong password” is an anti-feature for this use case.
