Multimonitor-Setup Movement

Hi,

since a few month I’m using Fedora 41 (upgraded from 40) with the KDE Plasma spin. (6.2.4).
From the beginning I saw on the second screen (full HD connected with HDMI-> DVI) movement. At first corners, but looking closer it looks like everything is moving slightly.

My main monitor is a 4k monitor connected with displayport. This monitor does not show any movement or errors.

Is this normal in a multi monitor setup?

My hardware:
graphic card: MSI RX570
RAM: 16 GB
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X
Monitor 1: LG 22EN43
Monitor 2: Samsung U28E590 (4K resolution with 100% and no “zooming”)

Maybe the monitor has anti-burnin prevention turned on?
