Mouse issues in virt manager inside Fedora 40 KDE guest

Hey, I’m running Fedora 40 workstation updated from 39 as my host and fedora 40 KDE as a guest.

Ever since I updated both from 39, I’ve had a bunch of issues with the mouse and CPU usage inside the guest.

I get an upside down cursor in my Fedora KDE VM guest using wayland and the mouse cursor is way off from where it shows it is.

I can fix this by installing Plasma-workspace-x11 and booting into the desktop in xorg, but then the CPU usage inside the guest sky rockets and hardly anything works very well.

I can also fix it by disabling 3D acceleration, but I need virtio and 3D acceleration on.

This set up was working fine before the updates :frowning:

Any clues?
