So i have been running Dell XPS years and it has RTX 3050TI on, but i think with new AMD technology i can achieve even more for ditching Dgpu and use there new chips with NPU and iGPU
As i uave been monitoring orogress i have found possible the dream one that has everything i need and even better than my current setup with less power 45-60Watt max on high usage
The questions comes Fedora in future for AI chips and NPU stuff since you can assign RAM from dedicated to NPU and share so is these in WIP and coming on fedora support?
If yes where i can achieve full system on fedora i will get it and dedicate my time more to make everything work
Well to continue this thread I have ordered new laptop that is Intel only Asus ZenBook S14 UX5406 with Intel core ultra 9 288V, Intel Arc2 graphics, 47 TOPS NPU with 32GB ram and some questions for Fedora support to system since I am searching distro that has more than decent support
Example intel-level-zero-gpu-raytracing is testing and working on current devices on openSUSE with blender already and gimp etc are coming little behind.
NPU drivers are out for Linux from Intel as beta now
I would like to continue using Fedora and provide more tests if there is even possible to boot since I read so much drivers are on 6.12 kernel that enables sounds, wifi etc, but not sure do I want to go fully rawhide since this is going to be my main working hardware still
