Making a Windows 10 Virtual Machine

Hello.

I’m trying to install a windows 10 virtual machine on fedora linux. But I have no idea how to do it. I’m very bad with computers and only use linux for the privacy. Could someone please explain in the most basic, step by step way possible how to do this? For reference, I’m trying to get a virtual machine to use hondata flashpro since it won’t work using wine.
