Lost Webcam in recent update

I’m using Fedora 36 Gnome workstation on a Lenovo Flex 14 laptop. Somewhere in the middle of Fedora 35, the webcam ceased functioning for Zoom or Cheese. I couldn’t figure it out and frustratedly just used my work laptop when I needed that function. Fedora 36 magically fixed the problem and I no longer needed to swap machines.

Until Wednesday. I ran my software updates for the first time in two weeks, logged on for my class, and no webcam. A reboot didn’t alter anything.

I know I haven’t provided enough information to diagnose the problem. Can anyone let me know what the relevant information is so I can troubleshoot or revert whatever update broke my webcam?

Thanks!
