Logitech M720 mouse goes to sleep/loses connection on desktop

Hello, everyone. Maybe some of you have this mouse and could help me with this issue: I have a Logitech M720 mouse connected via Bluetooth to my desktop PC via a Bluetooth adapter (the second adapter I have, since the last one had problems with Linux), and this mouse keeps sleeping itself (it’s a feature, there is no way to disable it even in their Windows app) or even disconnecting. This is probably not a battery or hardware issue, since when I connect it to my laptop this never happens.

Could it be that other connected devices (keyboard and headphones) are interfering? How can I troubleshoot this?

Is the adapter connected via USB? I suspect USB autosuspend.

Another idea could be 2.4/BT coexistence interfering or needing to be enabled if you’re using wifi on that computer.

The adapter is connected via USB, and I don’t have wifi in the desktop. Weird because I have both the keyboard and the audio device also connected via Bluetooth. I am suspecting the adapter is acting up or not handling 3 devices, maybe.
