Just updated to F44 WS, using Cinnamon w/Wayland (F43 was not using wayland). Started a Windows 10 VM in virt-manager. Password was mixed case. After connecting a USB GPS to the VM, the shift key is being ignored. This behavior is in all the different VMs including a Fedora VM. I tried using copilot with the same result. I tried a RDP login with Remmina with the same result. I don’t where to start.
How does the GPS module present to the system?
Use lsusb -v to find out.
It would seem that it may be presenting as a keyboard which is messup input.
After further investigation, this appears to be a known Cinnamon issue that may not be resolved for some time. I can use MATE, still using X11) to access the KVM hosts without issue. It also works with Gnome Classic.
