Kinoite missing apps

Hi.
I’ve just made a fresh install of Fedora Kinoite 35 on a laptop with these spec:

Processors: 4 × Intel® Core™ i5-7200U CPU @ 2.50GHz
Memory: 15.5 GiB of RAM
Graphics Processor: Mesa Intel® HD Graphics 620

The first thing I did was a full upgrade of the system, executing in terminal:
rpm-ostree upgrade && flatpak update
After that, I layered some other packages (virt-manager and RPM Fusion) always with no errors.
Now, the problem is that i can’t find most of the application installed with the upgrades (for example Partition Manager), neither the virt-manager just layered.
In addition, I noticed that the desktop is still with the old wallpaper and not with the new one (I saw the new one on another install of Fedora Kinoite on another computer).

Hi all,
I solved the problem by myself installing any flathub app in Discover.
Magically all the other apps previously installed, manually or by the system updates, have appeared in kickoff.
Probably the problem seems more kde related than Fedora Kinoite itself.
