Kernel won't complete a boot

Asus G14 (2022), 16gb DDR4 ram (8 soldered), RTX 3060 Max-Q, AMD Ryzen 7 5800HS

Asusctl 6.0.11
(Can’t recall video drivers and don’t know how to find them when I can’t boot)
Fedora KDE 40, Kernel 6.10.12-200.fc40.x86_64

I recently updated both Asusctl and did some general store updates. This has been happening for a few days but it was brute-force-able, now it doesn’t seem to be.

Process:
Boot options, click any with fc40
Asus ROG logo shows up mid-screen with Fedora logo at the bottom of the screen, Spinner between- which freezes after a few seconds and then disappears. Esc does nothing at that point.
If I repeat the process but click Esc before the spinner stops spinning I see a list with green “OK”'s next to a bunch of things, then it hangs on

Starting plymouth-quit-wait.servic…d until boot finishes up. . .
Starting plymouth-quit.service - Terminate Plymouth Boot Screen

Update: Removing “quiet” from the grub worked to get me into my desktop. I do not know how stable that is or if I will have to go through this every restart.
