Kernel update broke bootloader entries

I use OpenCore on an iMac15,5 to boot Fedora 41. A recent kernel update to 6.11.6 totally trashed my /boot/loader/entries files, such that only the rescue kernel appeared in my open core boot menu.

After many hours of trial and error, I discovered that I could boot if i removed $tuned_initrd from the initrd line in those entry files.

If you’ve had a similar experience, I hope this message is helpful

Were you utilizing systemd-boot?

There’s an update in testing, FEDORA-2024-e0e2d7c34a — bugfix update for tuned — Fedora Updates System

if not you may want to file a new bug.

Thanks
