Kernel-5.4.7-200.fc31.x86_64 broken on Ryzen

Update from kernel-5.3.16-300.fc31.x86_64 to kernel-5.4.7-200.fc31.x86_64 is broken in my E495 Lenovo Thinkpad with a AMD Ryzen 3000 CPU. There’s a small IRQ 7 problem with the working kernel, but harmless.

It halts very early in the boot, so no logs unfortunately.
The new kernel crashes after this message I believe.

You should still have an old working kernel listed on your grub menu (unless you explicitly removed them). If you are able to boot up with kernel-5.3.16-300.fc31.x86_64, then consider filing a bug report against the kernel here. You may need to check devices that use the parallel port on your machine
Any connected devices?
