Hello!
I catched this problem already and solve it with full reinstall 
but don’t want to do it again.
Whats wrong: after update I have dead KDE and Plasmashell. After I logged in from login screen I see few seconds my desktop and after that too many windows with “Sorry Plasmashell crashes”

And no more. If I try to plasmashell --replace it would be restart recursivly.
Also, if i remove ~/.config/plasmashellrc and ~/.config/plasma-org.kde.plasma.desktop-appletsrc Plasmashell starts after login window, but when I try to use widgets on panel – Plasmashell crashs again.
