I received the forum news in my email, but apparently a log file was attached incorrectly.
This seems more like a bug than something intentional.
gdm,gdm-password].log
There, as far as I could see, appears the administrator’s username, the desktop environment, and other things.

That user chose to share their log by linking to a copy in their Google drive.
Yes, we talked on Matrix and that seems to be the case.
