I don’t think you should add opt out back to the list, it seems to have gotten a quite resounding thrashing. Neutral Explicit Choice (we shouldn’t even have to specify this, SMH) should probably be added back if we do a new poll. But it seems pretty clear the majority of the community just doesn’t want telemetry (though they will accept certain manifestations). Now you can argue most aren’t even aware or don’t care, but I think it’s a REAL tough argument to make that they want it.
