Most of the other steps depend on this one. Therefore, we should tackle this first.

As an initial assessment:

The documentation must be adapted to Forgejo.

The documentation must be more compact, concise, and revised to reflect the actual, current workflow.
As an initial suggestion for revamping the pages:
- Part 1: Preparation: Setting up the directory, cloning documentation, securing write access.
- Part 2: Concise description of the daily workflow step by step.
- Part 3: A kind of “Git cheat sheet for writers” describing various typical tasks of everyday work.
For the latter, documentation created by the Server Working Group could serve as a blueprint:
