Https://mirrormanager.fedoraproject.org broken or hacked?

Hi *,
I see some strange behavior when I use https://mirrormanager.fedoraproject.org/ with the browser.

When I choose mirrors for Fedora 44 I see several german mirrors (country = DE) on https://mirrormanager.fedoraproject.org/mirrors/Fedora/44

But when I then use the dropdown menu for country selection and choose country = DE I see just the mirror mirrors.chroot.ro which is not a german mirror (country = RO).
Also when I select another country like AT it is also just returning the same mirror mirrors.chroot.ro.

Is it just broken or has it been hacked?

There is definately something wrong, I checked a few, eg AU F44 x86, and the folder is empty.

Hacked? Probably not.

I have made an infra ticket at Making sure you're not a bot!

Browsing the mirrors manually (again), some are up and some are empty / not found. So if a couple of readers here could check over the next hour or two that might be useful.

The results I am getting keep changing.

Just broken.

Any idea why it’s broken?

Do note that the website is not normally how mirrors are set.
You get a metalink from mirrors.fedoraproject.org and that seems working normally.

can confirm.. pulling the metalink urls with curl using the country= option seems to be resolving for countries like GE, that are coming up empty on the website.

Is there a website specific script that runs to repopulate “active” designation?

If I leave the country search unspecified in the website.. and I scroll to page 4.
I see the 3 DK mirrors that correspond to the metalink.

works:
https://mirrormanager.fedoraproject.org/mirrors/Fedora/44/x86_64?page_size=20&page_number=3

matches:
curl -o - 'https://mirrors.fedoraproject.org/metalink?repo=fedora-44&arch=x86_64&country=dk'

But if I select DK in the country navigation bar.. the resulting search page is blank.
Doesnt work:
https://mirrormanager.fedoraproject.org/mirrors/Fedora/44/x86_64?page_size=20&page_number=3&country=DK
