How to make sure all changes form F40 are working after upgrading from F39?

Hello there!

At least the Tuned change and the security hardening of Systemd etc, I would like to check if are in place, and if not, enabled them.

And are the Post-Upgrade Tasks up to date?

Any systemd changes will be in place, nothing I’m aware of to enable.

For tuned, I’d check to see if the service is running.

No idea about the post-upgrade tasks docs.

I forgot to mention, I asked because Tuned was installed but not running nor enabled.
I decided to check and it’s delay to F41:

From the Post Upgrade task, I believe you can do a diff from rpmold and rpmnew.
