How to install TPS23861 kernel module on FC40?

Is there a way to install the TPS23861 kernel module without rebuilding the kernel from source for FedoraCore 40?

I see the module in the kernel, but don’t find the module in any of the packages for Fedora.

I’ve tried to find it in a package, but come up short. So far the only thing I see is for SUSE.

The module is not configured in Fedora 41 6.11.6:
