I have tried with “sudo -u gdm dbus-launch gsettings set org.gnome.settings-daemon.plugins.color night-light-enabled true” but it doesn’t result in anything and I don’t know if it is good for the stable operation that I edit some file so I need help to do it in the right way without damaging the good operation of the system.

Do you talk about Redshift, to adjust the color temperature of the screen?
If so, go to Settings> Screens> Night Light
