How can I disable the bouncing animation near the mouse pointer during a process loading?

Is there a way to disable the bouncing animation that appears near the mouse pointer when I start a program and it takes a bit to load on Fedora KDE Plasma Desktop (or replace it with a spinning wheel like on Windows or Mint Cinnamon, for example)?
Example (while starting the contacts program):

Within the System Settings application, browse to Appearance & Style > Colors & Themes > Cursors, then click on Configure Launch Feedback. You can change the behavior of both the mouse cursor and Task Manager feedback settings.
