Initial feedback:

  • There is no enforced link between the topic title and the name.
  • Contingency date should probably be a selector, which enforces it to be a date, so that they can be post processed by the tools.
  • Owner field needs to be formatted so that it creates mentions and notifies people.
  • Formatting on the Scope section can be compressed a little bit.
