Try to install Fedora Workstation from Everything netinstall iso.
You can use the less command to see the contents of the txt file.
less /run/initramfs/rdsosteport.txt
What happened before the system stopped booting?

It was running perfectly fine, suddenly I noticed that the whole Computer freezes I had no other option, so I press the power button, and it’s force shutdown after than I turn on it again this message shows up.
