Function keys not working on F30 Pantheon

I recently upgraded to F30 from F29, everything went smooth (on Gnome). I then installed the Pantheon desktop yesterday. Cannot get the function keys to work (they work fine on Gnome). Any help is deeply appreciated.

Below are my system details:

[HP Pavilion Ab123tx]

  • Dual-Core Intel® Core™ i5-6200U CPU @ 2.30GHz

  • Intel Corporation Skylake GT2 [HD Graphics 520] (rev 07)

  • NVIDIA Corporation GM108M [GeForce 940M] (rev a2)

Can confirm.
Running Fedora 30 + Pantheon, although Vol+ and Vol- keys don’t work in gnome, Screen dimmer and Vol Silence do work on gnome.
Neither nor print keys work on pantheon.
Laptop: Xiaomi Mi Notebook Pro

Could not find a solution. I did a complete system reinstall. Working fine now.

Did you do anything different while reinstalling?

No, nothing different. Just a normal fresh install on a dual boot system.

I reinstalled but it didn’t work for me unfortunately.

Do you mean you did a fresh install (and not an upgrade) and your fn keys still didn’t work?
That’s very unlikely. For me, all of my keys work well on every live distro I’ve tested, and continue to work after installing the distro.
