Where can I get information on the Pantheon desktop on Fedora 30?

I would like to draw your attention to the final paragraph of the post:
Right now, I’m basically maintaining the whole Pantheon desktop environment and all elementary packages on fedora on my own, and I don’t have the time to invest in making a proper Pantheon spin of fedora (yet).
So, if you do use Pantheon on Fedora, please consider helping the maintainer with their efforts.
