The F38 Beta freeze is in place. The current F38 Beta target is the early target date (2023-03-14).

- Inactive packagers will be removed after the F38 release.
- Fedora Discussion now supports saved searches.
- API keys in Red Hat Bugzilla are now set to expire after one year.
