Hello I am very new to linux and just installed fedora kde on my pc in dual boot. After the installation i enabled back secure boot but fedora boot failed before showing me grub.

The first thing I would do would be to make sure the firmware is up to date. The new versions of Grub (shim) are signed with dual keys. That might not work well with some older or buggy firmware.
Newer devices often have a checkbox in firmware that’s off by default to enable the 3rd party signing certificate which is what signs Fedora’s key, so if that is present and off, you can toggle it to see if that fixes it.
