Fedora 40 beta - Plasma 6 - flatpaks starting takes forever

Is anyone else experiencing slow flatpak startup time on F40 beta with Plasma 6 ?

I have few bottles with games and never seen them starting so long. Seems like a very slow storage access. Everything is on NVME so hardware is not a problem here.

I’ve seen people having similar problems on F38 and F39 but nobody mentioned F40 yet. Most of them related to xdg portals.

I am experiencing this issue with Fedora 40 (KDE6).

It seems to hang for about 30 seconds before launching. I tested this from the command line (using vscodium as an example but it hangs with any flatpak):
