I upgraded to Fedora 34 several Years ago and the bug is not fixed. I was told in the first place it was fixed which is why I upgraded to Fedora 34 is it fixed in Fedora 41?
I managed to change the setting but it did not make any difference.
$ cat /sys/power/mem_sleep
s2idle [deep]
I upgraded Fedora 34>35>36>37>38>39>Fedora 40 and it looks like the problem is solved with akmod-nvidia if that was the solution all along it could be said. Also tty4 works on Fedora 40 with akmod-nvidia it used to work on Fedora 34 anyhow.
