If you are able to make a package you can first create it on https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/. Then you can use it straight away. You need to add a separate repository for it.
If the packages follows correctly the Fedora Packaging Guidelines :: Fedora Docs, then it is time to bring it to the official Fedora Repositories.
If you are not a packager you would need to sponsor someone who makes and maintains it. Big work for a “just nice to have”
