I can’t update. It gives messages: sudo dnf update - doesn’t help.

What does the content of that akvis.gpg file actually look like?
If you run file against it, I’d expect it to report itself as a PGP public key block and viewing it in bat or cat should show you that it’s a standard PGP block… something beginning with:
