External monitor shows half white or full white screen after update to F41

After the update to F41, as can be seen in the attached image, the external monitor shows a half or full-white screen after login. The cursor is visible on the external monitor though.

I tested the cable and monitor and both work fine with Windows 11 on the same PC and my Macbook.

I thought of logging in to the x11 session, but in F41, x11 support is dropped I guess.

I tried doing a bit of research before posting here and I suspect it is one of below issues:

  1. an Nvidia driver issue
  2. Wayland issue
  3. Issue with VRAM memory allocations, with Fedora somehow needing more memory than Mac or Windows.

Secure boot was disabled during installation. I followed the rpm-fusion guide to re-install nvidia drivers, but that didn’t help.

About system:

In Graphics, it shows maybe AMD GPU as primary(I’m just assuming based on order and NV176 being written as Graphics 1 instead). Could this be an issue?

Kindly help with this issue. Thanks in advance and happy holidays, if you celebrate.
