External microphone is no longer recognized

Good morning everyone!
I have a Lenovo ideapad 330 15ikb, which I can’t use the internal microphone. As root I use alsamixer to zero one of the internal microphone channels, and save the configuration, then it works for a few minutes, and mysteriously returns to what it was before.

Worked around this issue by using headset on the p2 input, and after an update, the headset mic is not even recognized.
When I plug in the headset, gnome gives me the option… I choose headset, but the microphone doesn’t work.
I tested yesterday with a usb microphone, which was also not recognized.
Now I have a serious problem as I can only use my old Acer for videoconferencing.
I already discarded the kernel, but I have no idea how to fix it…
Can anyone help me?

Ok. Next, what does this command produce:

$ systemctl --user status pipewire.service pipewire.socket pipewire-pulse.service pipewire-pulse.socket wireplumber.service wireplumber.socket pipewire-media-session.service pipewire-media-session.socket

@anon71016743 Thank you immensely for your help.
I am aware that the help here is voluntary and I am grateful, but since it is a matter that involves my professional side, I opted for a more conservative attitude, and reinstalled Windows on this Lenovo machine.
I would love to help Fedora fix this bug, but I really can’t do without a backup machine.
