Dracut-initqueue AND systemd-udev-settle = Long Boot Time

I’m looking to make the switch from Ubuntu/Debian (nearly 10 years) to Fedora and seem to be plagued by boots taking forever. Below is the blame, can someone help me out of why this is and what the best practice fix is?

Try this solution - 1830896 – Very slow udev after upgrade to fedora 32
It works for Fedora 32 with systemd 245 issue (long boot). So, maybe will work for you.
