it seems the issue is about recognition when deleting previous partition, when I select the checking box (erase all) doesn’t erase all and leave a previous partition undeleted, in this case leaves the previous boot/efi partition without deleting, so i need to delete it also,
indeed that is a difficult for anaconda because it is kind of a mess mixing hard disk and usb partitions in the same window or tab, in this case the boot/efi partition appear mixed with usb partition and need to select it in order to delete it
may be it is why the boot had that mistake
i dont know
(p.s, with kde spin, after selecting the checking box (erase all related partitions), effectively erase all partition bundle, or that I remember, sorry)
thank you
With Fedora Silverblue, only certain mounts can be manually specified as partitions. These include:
/boot/efi (for the UEFI boot loaders)
/boot
/var
Subdirectories under /var, including:
/var/home (Fedora Silverblue has a symlink from /home to /var/home)
/var/log
/var/containers
The root filesystem: /
I would need to test this, but I have done manual partitions of Kinoite, so If you would, try again and let us know.
with the spin goes well
(in this case, the spin neither recognize as fedora partition the previous home luk and boot/efi, so i needed to delete individually)
in my case I need to use home because if I fill the disk will not be so problematic to if I fill root, among others
I want to ask some questions later (for kinoite)
we’ll need to configure the file manager (dolphin) home default as /var/home or it will open by default /var/home as the home with the folders of document, downloads, etc?
if we install swap, it will work as swap? (even if isn’t recommended)
thank you very much
