Computer crashes when switching between input sources

I recently upgraded to F43 after some problems with input selection in F42. In Fedora 42 selecting an input would enable a different input from the one I chose. I upgraded to Fedora 43 and now it appears that with more than 3 input methods, switching rapidly between them with MOD+SPC will eventually freeze the computer to the point where I have to do a hard reboot. I am not seeing any stack trace show up reliably in the logs and I’ve been unable to reproduce it with 3 or less input methods. I’m not sure where exactly to report this. Without more information from the logs, I can’t determine if it’s ibus, gnome-shell or something else. I’m also a bit concerned that it’s some sort of corruption specific to my system. Any recommendations for how to troubleshoot this a bit more, maybe resetting the input source infrastructure, or similar experiences would be helpful because this renders my computer virtually unusable for what I use it for.

probably fixed in Making sure you're not a bot!
