was trying to see if chat gpt could help me but I go crazy with it, just repeats the same steps over and over again.
My issue is sof-essx8336 is not detected or installed, it detects one soundcard (Intel Corporation Celeron/Pentium Silver Processor High Definition Audio (rev 06)) but not on alsamixer neither on sound definitions only got dummy output. [if I had to bet would bet that hd audio is related with the hdmi]
It really sucks because it used to work just fine and I already reinstalled fedora fresh dozens of times and never worked again.
did a factory reset to the bios maybe I changed something before but nothing changed
I get this errors:
sudo systemctl status alsa-state
○ alsa-state.service - Manage Sound Card State (restore and store)
Loaded: loaded (/usr/lib/systemd/system/alsa-state.service; static)
Drop-In: /usr/lib/systemd/system/service.d
