You likely have duplicate packages installed, left over from an interrupted upgrade. You can check for that with:
sudo dnf repoquery --duplicates
and try to remove them with:
sudo dnf remove --duplicates
tryed that still error when updating
it still has duplicates
What do you mean? Did dnf remove --duplicates fail with an error? If so, what?

The way multilib (i686) packages work in Fedora breaks down when there are duplicate versions installed. The only way I know to resolve this is to manually remove each i686 package mentioned in the error message, and repeat until it no longer errors out.
