Cannot enable HW Video Encoding on browsers anymore

I used to enable Hardware accelerated video encoding by using: --enable-features=VaapiVideoEncoder on my AMD 5 5500U with Radeon Graphics. But now whatever I do, it shows only software acceleration on any chromium-based browsers (I guess Firefox is also using CPU for video encoding). Then I tried AcceleratedVideoEncoder, then it seems worked, but failed everytime if I want to record the screen via the Web browser, so I disabled it
My current chromium flags (for Wayland):

--ozone-platform-hint=auto
