Can not install Fedora workstation 41 after converting from gpt to mbr

Good day and I apologize . I converted my hard drive from gpt to mbr when I was trying to install windows 10 and afterwards tried converting back from mbr to gpt using a fedora live usb writing su - and following some instructions from the internet .
I can not install Fedora workstation 41 from live usb stick and I am getting the following error message when I am trying to install :
< There is a problem with your existing storage configuration or your initial settings , for example a kickstart file . You must resolve this matter before the istallation can proceed . There is a shell available for use which you can access by pressing ctrl - alt - F1 and then ctrl - b 2 .
Once you have resolved the issue you can retry the storage scan . If you do not fix it you will have to exit the installer .
Duplicate UUID ‘90909090-01’ found for devices 'sda1’and ‘sdc1’ .

This is usually caused by cloning the device image resulting in duplication of the UUID value which should be unique . In that case you can either disconnect one of the devices or reformat it . >
I tried reformatting the drive and it still did not work and I tried entering the shell through pressing ctrl - alt F1 and then ctrl - b 2 but I did not know how to enter no shell .
What do I need to do ?
Thank you .

The internet is full of click-bait AI nonsense. You have not provided enough detail for us to understand your issue.

It isn’t clear if the “Duplicate UUID” occurs when trying to boot the Live USB or after it is booted and you try to start the installation. We need details that you can provide by booting a Live USB and opening a terminal. Can you get a terminal with and <Ctrl-b 2>?

You may be better off starting over from scratch with GPT so you are using with a clean, widely used pathway rather than some unknown configuration that may take a lot of effort to explain and still end with a “redo from start”.

Why not install Windows 11? I believe the license key for your windows 10 will work on your Windows 11 install. Windows 11 I think will use GPT (in fact my insist on it).

My understanding is that windows 10 was able to use mbr partitioning to boot in legacy mode but required gpt partitioning when booting with uefi. Windows 11 uses gpt and uefi only.

I am getting the “Duplicate UUID” error after the Live USB is booted and I am trying to start the installation .
