Can I increase the screen size in Boxes?

I often work with very old (or badly supported) operating systems in Boxes. They were written when displays with very low resolution and big pixels were the norm, so the image of their screen I get is very small. Sometimes I can change screen resolution inside of these systems for them to occupy the whole screen, but interface elements still have their dimensions specified in pixels, so everything on the screen is very small.

In VirtualBox there was an option to scale up the virtual screen. Is there such an option in Boxes?

virt-manager is another libvirt client that provides different scaling options.
You can access already configured VMs in session mode.
