I think i found a solution. Just so you know, i was first in Linux Mint, and didnt have this issue. I moved to Fedora 42 and started having this problem. Just to check it out i tested Arch and moved to it, and still have the exact same problem (on KDE).
I found out that this is caused by bluez 5.83, after downgrade back to bluez 5.82, bluetooth connection works normally.
